To ensure that you enjoy your special function/conference we ask that you read the terms

BOOKING DEPOSIT 

A $500 deposit (a larger deposit may be requested depending on the total amount of your quote) per function or conference is required on confirmation of your reservation
(unless otherwise advised)  If deposit is not received within 14 days of making the booking
the management reserves the right to release accommodation and facilities

Your deposit will be refunded in function/conference is cancelled 60days or more prior to
your booking, less a $100.00 administration fee.  However if cancellation is less than
60 days prior to your booking the deposit is not refundable.  It may be transferred if you
re-book and hold your function/conference within 30 days.  Short notices cancellations
less than 21 days, the deposit is not refundable and compensation for the first nights
accommodation value would be required.

All accounts to be settled upon departure unless prior arrangements are made within
management

A guaranteed minimum number of guests attending the conference is required 48 hours
prior to the event.  Charges will be rendered according to the number of people attending
the function or the guaranteed number, whichever is greater

The venue will not accept responsibility for the damage or loss or merchandise left in theVenue prior to, during or after the function

It is a condition of occupancy that Tranquil
Park  is not liable for damage to or loss of property which the occupier or his
guests may incur on these premises or any injury incurred through the use of the venue

We request the displays of fixtures are not glued or pinned to the walls of the conference
rooms or foyers unless prior arrangement is made with  Management.

The organiser of the conference or function will be held responsible and charged for
damages caused to resort property during the course of the event by the attendees

Prices are subject to change,   However notice will be given of any changes
Function organisers or their guests are prohibited from bringing food and beverages
to the function or restaurant areas.
