Beautiful Deck overlooking the magnificent Glasshouse Mountains - perfect for your ceremony.

A wonderfully appointed function room, which overlooks the Glasshouse Mountains with huge plate glass windows from ceiling to floor.The Glasshouse Room can accommodate minimum 60 to a maximum of 130 guests. Included is your own private bar, dance floor and is also air conditioned and heated – You also have the use of your own private deck.

Our other function room, which is located next to our al a Carte restaurant also shares the views of the magnificent Glasshouse Mountains and will cater for the smaller wedding parties.

Please note: Music must cease at 11.00pm and function close is at 12.00pm midnight. Also due to noise issues, entertainment at this establishment is restricted to a DJ, or if live entertainment is preferred, soloist or duo acts only.  No drum kits or wind instruments will be permitted.

You have the use of Patricks Irish Bar to entertain your guests while enjoying pre dinner drinks and Hors-D, Oeuves on the deck

Bar prices are at Hotel prices and our wedding wines are very reasonable

Our menu is quite extensive and delicious. Our wedding feasts start at $45.00 per person – Further explanation follows in the package.

Tranquil Park can accommodate your guests in 31 units at reasonable prices. A rooming list is enclosed for your information – All units have views over the Glasshouse Mountains and some have 2 & 3 bedrooms.

A wedding special for guests the next day is a $15.00 per person for hot and cold buffet breakfast.

	Your wedding day is secured by payment of a $500.00 bond. This paid in addition to your final wedding bill and is refunded a week after your event less the costs of damage to our property made by your guests (if any) has been assessed.
	If your day is cancelled 180 days in advance, it is fully refundable (less $100 booking fee and holding fee).
	If cancelled less than 180 days your deposit is non refundable

We will hold a tentative booking for 14 days; if no confirmation is received in that time we assume that this date is free.

Confirmation of final numbers is required 72 hours before your reception ans full payment by credit card or bank cheque based upon these numbers will be required at that point. Due to licensing laws, Tranquil Park is unable to permit patrons to bring alcohol onto the premises.
